Jurisdiction 11 Part B Provider Enrollment Application Status Is Now Available on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Unit

Providers who want to check the status of the processing of their Medicare provider enrollment application are now able to receive that status through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Unit. All that is required is the DCN number of the application, which is located on the letter received from provider enrollment after acceptance of the application. Providers can also access the status by entering the PTAN of the provider associated with that provider enrollment application. To access the IVR and retrieve provider enrollment application status all providers need to do is call 1-855-696-0705.
